Reverse: 1999 Review (2026) — Time-Travel Gacha Done Right

Reverse: 1999 is a turn-based tactical RPG developed by Bluepoch. It launched in Mainland China on May 31, 2023, and was released globally on October 26, 2023. Lately, the mobile games I’ve been playing were not living up to my standards. To be completely honest, I’ve been losing faith in finding good mobile games to enjoy. I started thinking that all mobile games were turning into fast cash grabs, with constantly pushing a bunch of packs to progress in the game.  That or they’ve turned into unhinged ad simulators where in order to play a game for 30 seconds, you

Dragon City Mobile Review – Fun Dragons, Frustrating Gameplay

Dragon City Mobile is a game developed and published by Socialpoint, and to be completely honest, I first heard about it in a Beast Philanthropy video. That little shout-out caught my attention — if the developers are backing a good cause, maybe I could return the favor and give their game a shot. What I didn’t expect was to stumble across a mobile juggernaut: over 100 million downloads and a 4.8-star rating on Google Play. Naturally, I thought, how have I never played this before? That was about to change. Last updated on: The Gameplay Loop: Breed, Feed, Wait, Repeat

Vampire Survivors Review

Vampire Survivors is a time survival game with minimalistic gameplay and roguelike elements. The game was developed and published by Luca Galante, also known as poncle. As someone who got the game in early access, I can confidently say I’m a Vampire Survivors veteran. And while I didn’t play it regularly, every time I did it was an enjoyable experience.  Last updated on: Gameplay Vampire Survivors is a very complex and difficult game, the level of difficulty is beyond the grasp of any regular human. Not for me though, it’s more of child’s play for me. Perks of being a

Black Myth: Wukong — All You Need to Know

Black Myth: Wukong is an upcoming action role-playing game by Chinese developer Game Science, based on the classical 16th-century Chinese novel Journey to the West. It is set to release on August 20, 2024.  It feels like it’s been forever since the first time I saw the trailer. I remember thinking “Oh 2023 is a long time from now”. Now being in 2024 and the game is still not released, I do feel somewhat disappointed.  But if this extension is what they need to improve and polish their game, then I’ll happily wait a little longer. Now in this article,

9 Best Racing Games (Car Games to Play in 2026)

Racing games are (for some reason), extremely relaxing to me. It might be strange, but I just love all the beautiful, sleek cars, and the lovely views, and while yes, there’s a pressure to win, it never feels too stressful for me. Then again, maybe you’re the exact opposite and you love the excitement of it all. But whatever the case, there are just so many car games to choose from. There are hyper-realistic simulations and arcade-style racers, and you have to make a decision on which one to play. Now that’s too much stress. And to make it all

Nightingale Game Review

Nightingale is an early-access survival video game by Inflexion Games released on February 20th, 2024. They’ve stated that the game is going to be in early access for at least a year. Nightingale’s storyline takes place in a Victorian-era gaslamp fantasy setting, most similar to steampunk. The game is a survival type, which means you’ll need to gather resources, food, and whatever you need in order to survive. Last updated on: Gameplay Before you start going through tutorials and exploring the world, you’ll need to create a character. At first, I was kinda frustrated because they wouldn’t let me try

Rise of the Ronin is a new upcoming RPG developed by Team Ninja and published by Sony Interactive Entertainment. The game is going to be released on March 22 and it’s going to be exclusive on PS5. And after we go through everything you’ll have a clearer picture if this game is worth your hard-earned money and

Chronicle of Infinity Game Review

Chronicle of Infinity is a game made by NEOCRAFT LIMITED, and with over a million downloads in less than a year, I wanted to see for myself if it’s a success. I mean, it has 4.7 stars on the Play Store and 4.8 stars on the App Store. Surely we can trust their rating system to let us know what games are good and worth our time? Well, I’ll be the judge of that. Chronicle of Infinity is a mobile RPG game and from the get-go, I must admit that it does look absolutely beautiful. The graphics are top-tier, especially

Sheepy: A Short Adventure – Short Review

Sheepy: A Short Adventure is a a pixel art platformer you can find on Steam. The main protagonist is a Sheepy, an abandoned plushie that is brought to life at the beginning. I had no expectations whatsoever when I was downloading the game. When I tell you that I was shocked by how much I loved it, you better believe it.  My face and whole body went from sleepy to relaxed/happy in just a few seconds. All thanks to that adorable little sheep. And before I knew it, I was done with the game. I managed to finish it in

Summoners War: Sky Arena – A Decade Later, Still Summoning

Summoners War: Sky Arena is a mobile turn-based strategy game developed by Com2uS, originally released all the way back in 2014. And I’ve been an occasional Summoners War enjoyer ever since it launched. Some of it is because I genuinely like the game, but it’s also a little personal for me. You see, this is the game my wife and I started playing together when we first started dating. One of my favorite early memories together is us curled up under a blanket, coffee mugs in hand, theory-crafting how to improve our teams. The game became our shared hobby, and
