Umamusume pretty derby review

Umamusume: Pretty Derby Review — Is It Worth Your Time?

Umamusume: Pretty Derby went from a Japan-only oddity to one of the most talked-about games of 2025. On paper, it sounds absurd: anime horse girls training, racing, and performing like idols. But the execution is shockingly polished and dangerously addictive. With its global release on Steam and mobile, the world finally gets to see why Japan couldn’t shut up about it. I’ve tested it, and here’s the breakdown. Gameplay At its core, Umamusume is a training simulation mixed with gacha progression. You manage your chosen horse girl, train her stats (speed, stamina, power, guts, wisdom), and guide her through races.

Gamescom 2025: Every Big Reveal, Surprise, and Announcement

Gamescom 2025 came with a wave of announcements — some of which were great, some of which… made fans want to play something else (*cough* Call of Duty: Black Ops 7). From anime adaptations and multiplayer DLC to playable demos and surprise sequels, this year’s showcase brought something new for everyone. Ghost of Yōtei: Legends Returns Sucker Punch announced a free multiplayer DLC for Ghost of Yōtei in 2026. Think back to the Legends mode in Tsushima: two-player story missions, four-player survival madness, and supernatural bosses. It’s exactly the kind of content we love to see, and it’ll be free

sekiro no defeat

Sekiro: No Defeat Announced, Coming to Crunchyroll in 2026

Well, it’s happening. Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice is officially being turned into an anime, and it looks great. Originally released in 2019, Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice is FromSoftware’s brutal, precision-based take on the action-adventure genre. Set in a twisted version of Sengoku-era Japan, it follows a shinobi named Wolf as he fights to rescue his kidnapped lord and restore his honor, armed with a prosthetic arm, a razor-sharp katana, and a lot of patience.  Fans have been quietly (and not so quietly) hoping for a sequel ever since, but while Sekiro 2 hasn’t been confirmed, the announcement of Sekiro: No

Black Myth: Zhong Kui Is Coming — But When?

In a new wave of announcements, there was one that made my heart skip a beat. You can probably guess by the title of this article what it was. Black Myth: Wukong is getting a sequel. As someone who thoroughly enjoys the game, you must understand my excitement.  But the question poses itself. When can we expect to see the Black Myth: Zhong Kui? Unfortunately, I believe that we won’t see the game released before 2028 and that would be pushing it. Depending on the scale of the project, the amount of people working on it, and other unforeseen problems

ghost of yotei legends

Ghost of Yōtei Is Getting a Legends Multiplayer in 2026

Sucker Punch just made an announcement at Gamescom: Ghost of Yōtei is getting a free multiplayer DLC in 2026.  The DLC will introduce two distinct modes: two-player story missions and four-player survival. You’ll be able to choose from four unique character classes, and while we haven’t seen full loadouts or skill trees yet, early concept art teases some pretty great ideas. And like Tsushima Legends, it looks like a fully fleshed-out experience. The survival mode will pit players against grotesque versions of the “Yōtei Six” along with waves of new enemies. And yes, it’s free. If you own the base
