New Games This Week (Feb 9 – Feb 15) – Game Drop Monday

The past week was pretty eventful and I hope you had fun as much as I did. But it’s Monday and it’s time for a list of new games coming out this week. With the rise of AI in the gaming world, I’ve feared that this is it, we peaked and there won’t be any good games in the future. So far I’ve been wrong and we as gamers are eating GOOOOOD. This year has been nothing short of great and I’m happy to report that streak continues. So without further ado, here are games to check out this week:

Guess what — it’s Monday, which means a new batch of games to look forward to checking out. fifa coming to netflix

FIFA Coming To Netflix Exclusively – Is It a Good Move?

FIFA moving to Netflix exclusively is one of those announcements that sounds exciting at first, but raises more questions the longer you think about it. On paper, it makes sense: Netflix gets a globally recognized brand, and FIFA taps into a massive audience that already lives on streaming platforms. But when you look past the headline, the move feels a lot more complicated than it initially appears. FIFA has always thrived on accessibility. For years, it’s been easy to buy, easy to play, and available almost everywhere games are sold. Locking the franchise behind a single subscription service changes that

Quarantine Zone: The Last Check 1.3 Million Wishlists

The apocalyptic simulator Quarantine Zone: The Last Check is officially set to launch on Steam on January 12, developer Brigada Games has announced. Since its initial reveal back in May, the game has gained serious momentum. It’s already surpassed 1.3 million wishlists on Steam and attracted nearly 2 million players through its demo. Those numbers are what makes it one of the most anticipated indie releases in its genre. In Quarantine Zone: The Last Check, players step into the role of a government agent stationed at a critical checkpoint during a zombie outbreak. Your job is simple on paper but

Hollow Knight: Silksong Free Expansion Coming in 2026

Hollow Knight: Silksong was released on September 4, 2025, and it didn’t take long for it to make an impact. Just a few months after launch, the game crossed 7 million copies sold, backed by an overwhelming wave of positive reviews. It’s been praised for its world design, combat depth, and the way it builds on everything that made the original Hollow Knight special. By any metric, Silksong is a massive worldwide success and honestly, it’s great to see Team Cherry getting the credit they deserve. What’s even more interesting is that the studio isn’t slowing down after that success.

Fortnite Players, Ready Your Zanpakutōs—Bleach Might Be Coming

Fortnite has a long history of surprising players with unexpected collaborations, and its latest teaser might hint at something huge: Bleach. The popular anime, known for its high-octane battles and iconic characters, could be stepping into the Fortnite universe—and fans are buzzing with speculation. Epic Games released a trailer teasing the crossover, though details remain scarce. While nothing is officially confirmed, the visuals suggest that some of Bleach’s most recognizable characters—possibly even Ichigo himself—might make their way into Fortnite, reimagined in the game’s distinctive cartoony style. Along with potential skins, we could see themed weapons, emotes, and other cosmetics paying

The Little Cube That Outsold Xbox This Year: How the Nex Playground Became Holiday’s Hottest Surprise

In what might be the most unexpected twist of the 2025 gaming season, a tiny cube that many gamers had never heard of suddenly outpaced one of the titans of the industry. According to data from industry tracker Circana, for the week ending November 29, the Nex Playground claimed roughly 14 % of all console hardware unit sales in the U.S., putting it ahead
