Hollow Knight: Silksong Review — Was It Worth the Wait?

Hollow Knight Silksong is a soulslike metroidvania that came out on September 4, 2025 and managed to crash the servers within the first hour of being out. Which is amazing for an indie game, I have to say, despite being a follow up to the already much-loved Hollow Knight. But it’s been a long time coming (8 years, give or take) and fans were excited.  I’ll be honest, I was one of those lucky few who managed to buy and download the game before the whole crash (even though the payment system did bug and crash once or twice). And

deadlock review

Deadlock Review – A Legendary Game In The Making

The new golden child of Valve, Deadlock, is a game that mixes elements of shooters and MOBAs into one. Think of it as LOL and Valorant/Overwatch fused together. It’s a weird combination that somehow works. I’ll be first to admit that I had my doubts about this one, hence the belated review. But boy, was I wrong. Mistakes were made. I should’ve played it way sooner. And in case you have a similar feeling like me, here’s everything you need to know about Deadlock.  How to Get Deadlock Since Deadlock is still in development, you can’t just go to Steam, press

Umamusume pretty derby review

Umamusume: Pretty Derby Review — Is It Worth Your Time?

Umamusume: Pretty Derby went from a Japan-only oddity to one of the most talked-about games of 2025. On paper, it sounds absurd: anime horse girls training, racing, and performing like idols. But the execution is shockingly polished and dangerously addictive. With its global release on Steam and mobile, the world finally gets to see why Japan couldn’t shut up about it. I’ve tested it, and here’s the breakdown. Gameplay At its core, Umamusume is a training simulation mixed with gacha progression. You manage your chosen horse girl, train her stats (speed, stamina, power, guts, wisdom), and guide her through races.

marvel mystic mayhem review

Marvel Mystic Mayhem Review: Story, Gameplay & Visuals

Alright, gear up and grab your capes — Marvel Mystic Mayhem has crash-landed into the mobile-verse. Imagine your favorite Marvel heroes and villains like Doctor Strange, Scarlet Witch, even Sleepwalker, pulled into twisted dream-battlefields by the Lord of Nightmares himself. That’s pretty much what you get with this game. But is it actually good or is it more of the same? Read on and find out! Story This is your average Marvel universe meltdown. Reality’s gone haywire because Nightmare has taken over, warping the world into the Dreamscape. The world is all jagged, melting, and overrun with subconscious monsters. Your

Arknights Game Review: A Beautiful Gacha Game

Arknights is one of those gacha games I ended up sticking with for longer than I expected. I’ve been playing it on and off for a while now, and honestly, it’s grown on me. It’s not the flashiest or the most aggressive with its marketing, but it’s got that kind of consistency that keeps pulling you back. Before you press the download button, here are my full thoughts about the game: Story Arknights does have a story, and honestly, it’s better than I expected going in. You play as the “Doctor,” a character with amnesia who ends up leading a

subnautica game review

Subnautica Review 2026 – Is This Survival Classic Still Worth Playing?

I didn’t expect much when I first launched Subnautica. Just another survival game, right? Turns out, I was wrong.  What I got instead was one of the most unique and oddly immersive survival experiences I’ve ever played. There’s no combat-heavy intro, no flashy tutorial, it’s just you, a busted lifepod, and a massive alien ocean waiting to be explored. It’s slow, atmospheric, and surprisingly tense, especially when you realize you’re not exactly alone down there.  After multiple replays since release, I feel qualified enough to talk about it (and I rave about it in many articles, like here — did

Palmon: Survival Game Review: Is It Just Another Pokemon Copy?

During the summer days, time feels like it’s flying by so fast. There’s so many things to do, so many people to see, and so many games to play but by the time I blink, the day is over. So in order to combat these types of days, I’ve developed a system.  I tend to download a game that I can enter at any given time and do what needs to be done and continue with my day. It takes a few minutes ever so often but it’s a much needed dose of relaxation. That’s where the Palmon: Survival comes

Diablo Immortal Review

Diablo Immortal Review — More Than Just a Mobile Cash Grab?

When Diablo Immortal was first announced, it got buried under backlash almost immediately. A lot of that came from the idea that a mobile game couldn’t possibly live up to the Diablo name.  But the game that launched (and especially the version that exists now) isn’t some watered-down, throwaway spin-off. It’s a full RPG with real-time combat, a full class roster, skill customization, loot grinding, and a decent chunk of endgame content. It’s easy to write this off as “Diablo Lite,” but once you get past the early levels and into the real build-crafting and challenge content, it starts feeling

dave the diver review

Dave The Diver Review

Dave the Diver is one of those games you try on a whim and suddenly it’s 2AM and you’re running a sushi bar with a harpoon gun in your inventory. It mixes deep-sea diving, light-hearted management sim chaos, and an absurd sense of humor into something way more addictive than it has any right to be. It’s part underwater exploration, part restaurant hustle, and somehow, it all just works.  When I did my first playthrough, I started in the morning and by the time I blinked it was already night. So, you’re probably wondering what makes this game so good

epic seven review

Epic Seven Review: Stylish, Deep, and Brutally Grindy

Let’s talk about Epic Seven, a game that somehow manages to be both incredibly stylish and aggressively grindy at the same time. I’ve been an Epic Seven fan since day one and I gotta give credit when credit is due. They’ve improved the game so much since the launch — not that it was bad to start with.  People working on this game are on another level. I remember back in the day, they did stream to talk about what they’re planning, working on, and going to release soon. It felt like they cared about their players and I always
