forespoken review

Forespoken Review: Is it Actually a Good Game?

Forespoken is an action RPG game released for PlayStation 5 and Windows on January 24, 2023. Its reception wasn’t great and most of the critics who played it were calling it mid-tier at the best.  And with poor response from gamers as well, the sales weren’t what they were expected to be. Which ultimately led to certain budget cuts, layoffs, and Luminous Productions merger with Square Enix Co. Which also means that any plans and hopes for the sequel are completely gone.  Now to be completely honest with you, I’ve learned all of those things after I completed the whole

plucky squire game review

Plucky Squire Game Review: A Cozy, Relaxing Game

Plucky Squire is an action-adventure platform game that was released in September 2024. I had my eye on this game way before the release and while I was waiting for it, I got distracted by other games and forgot to play it.  Which was kinda lucky on my side because now Plucky Squire is “free” if you have the PSN subscription. So if you already have it, you have no reason for not trying out the game.  Storyline Plucky Squire’s story revolves around the brave Jot who is trying to save the “happy ending” of the book. He is fighting

middle earth: shadow of war game review

Middle-Earth: Shadow of War – Game Review

Shadow of War is a sequel to Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor and was released back in 2017.  Time does seem to fly really fast.  I’ve written an article about the best Lord of the Rings games and since then I’ve had this itch to get back to that world. So, what better way to do that than playing one of the games on the list.  It’s been awhile since the initial release, so how does the game hold to today’s standards? I’m about to answer that question and then some.  Story  Middle-earth: Shadow of War still follows Talion and the

throne and liberty review

Throne and Liberty Review 2026: Is It Worth Your Time?

Throne & Liberty is the latest free-to-play MMORPG from NCSOFT, officially launching worldwide on October 1st, thanks to Amazon. Its initial release in Korea last year was… let’s just say, less than stellar. But after some tweaks and improvements, the global version seems to be in a better place. That said, reviews are still all over the place. But I wanted to give it a shot anyway—and honestly? It’s not bad. There’s something nostalgically fun about it, and between its technical polish and gorgeous visuals, it’s got plenty of charm. Of course, it’s not without its flaws. So, is Throne

infinite magicraid review

Infinite Magicraid Game Review: A Decent F2P Gacha?

Released on September 6, 2022, Infinite Magicraid is a mobile turn-based RPG that immediately caught my eye—not least because it’s another gacha game and you already know that’s catnip for someone like me. I took it on as a purely free‑to‑play (F2P) experiment: no whale‑style spending, just raw grinding, summoning luck, and resource juggling. Let me walk you through everything I encountered. Gameplay & Worldbuilding From the moment you hit Infinite Magicraid, you’re thrown into the fantasy world of the Lowes Continent. A hand-drawn visual story unfolds across twelve campaign chapters—from Sword Harbor to shadowy deserts and snowy forests. These cutscenes

black myth: wukong review

Black Myth: Wukong Review: Is It Worth Playing?

Black Myth Wukong is one of the most anticipated games of the year and it’s finally here. It’s a dark fantasy action RPG with Souls-like elements (read: it’s haaard) and it was developed by Game Science.  So, obviously, I had to try it. I got it on PlayStation to get that big screen experience and see all the beautiful graphics (and my character dying repeatedly) in the best quality. And here’s my review.  Last updated on: Story  Black Myth Wukong begins with a scene where Sun Wukong, the monkey king, faces the celestials in a battle. He wants to stay

dawn of defiance review

Dawn of Defiance Review: A Hidden Gem?

Dawn of Defiance is a fresh, open-world crafting survival game released on August 15th by Traega Entertainment. As an occasional enjoyer of this type of game, I felt like I just had to try it. I’ve played it since the moment it got dropped, and here is everything you need to know about the game. Last updated on: Gameplay Now, listen — before we start I want to make a couple of things clear. Firstly, Dawn of Defiance is still in early access, which means there are still things to be improved before we can call it a complete game.

supermarket together review

Supermarket Together Review: Great Free Co-Op Simulator

Supermarket Together is a co-op simulator on Steam. And with the game being free, there was no reason not to try it myself. I’ve been playing it casually for the past few days and here is everything I think about it. Last updated on: Gameplay Supermarket Together gameplay doesn’t consist of anything particularly complicated, though it gets challenging at times. So playing it with friends does help a lot, and it’s more fun.  Also, I’ve tried playing alone and the game is still enjoyable to a degree. Unless you overdo it and then it becomes a chore. That’s the last
