baldur's gate 3 review

Baldur’s Gate 3 Review — Best Game Ever?

What is Baldur’s Gate 3? Baldur’s Gate 3 is an RPG game developed and published by Larian Studios in August 2023. Before that, it’s been in development since late 2016. It’s based on Dungeons & Dragons fifth edition rules and offers numerous choices at every step. The world is expansive and encourages exploration and creativity when it comes to solving different problems.  I have to be honest — I almost quit Baldur’s Gate 3 the first time I tried to play it. I was so overwhelmed by everything happening, all the characters, the spells and fighting, the quests. I thought

Wuthering Waves Review: Is It Worth Playing?

Wuthering Waves is a free-to-play action role-playing game developed and published by Kuro Games. It was released on May 22, 2024 and with 30 million pre-registered players. A lot of people are comparing it to Genshin Impact and as a player who played both of them, I have to admit that there are a lot of similarities.   But before we dive into the core gameplay and the nitty-gritty, I’ll talk about the storyline of Wuthering Waves, the characters, and the events happening currently that you could participate in.  Last updated on: Story  Wuthering Waves begins with the first cut scene,

knights of honor review

Throwback Thursday: Knights of Honor Review (on Steam Deck)

Knights of Honor is a grand strategy game developed by Black Sea Studios and released by Paradox Interactive in May 2005. It’s set in medieval times and as a player, you’re meant to protect and expand your territory, trade, engage in diplomacy and more.  Most importantly, it was my favorite game when I was younger. I can’t tell you how many hours I spent building kingdoms and even conquering the entire Europe once or twice. Over the years, I lost sight of it (you know how it is, old computers, new games), but I looked it up a few weeks

Hades Game Review

Hades is a rogue-like dungeon crawler developed and released by Supergiant Games in September 2020. You play as Zagreus, son of Hades, who desperately wants to escape the Underworld. Along the way, he’s helped (and sometimes hindered) by his relatives from Olympus (like Zeus, Athena, Ares, etc.) and other mythological characters.  I got Hades in anticipation of part two and didn’t expect much — just a bit of insight into what Hades 2 might be like. But along the way, I fell in love with this game.  Yes, the constant dying annoyed me to no end (especially in the beginning),

Cyber Manhunt Review: Become a Hacker

Cyber Manhunt is a puzzle game developed and published by Aluba Studio. It was fully released on Steam on February 5, 2021, but it was in early access since August 25th, 2020.  The second part of this game has been released in early access recently and since it caught my eye, the only logical thing to do is play the previous part first. We do things properly around here. Last updated on: Gameplay Intro to Cyber Manhunt Cyber Manhunt starts with you doing the last round of testing for a new job at a company called Titan Matrix. minami lane game review

Minami Lane Game Review

Minami Lane is a management/city builder game inspired by the Japanese culture and focused on creating a cozy, wholesome environment. It was developed by Doot and Blibloop and released in February 2024. It’s priced at 4,99€ and features about 4 hours of play time.  Its main point is to build your own street, manage shops in there and make sure the townspeople are happy.  Which sounds super cute and fun, and just the right palette cleanser after being stuck in the stressful survival of V Rising for a few days. I was eager to just chill for an afternoon, so

Apex Legends in 2026: Is It Still Worth Playing?

Apex Legends is a free battle royale game released back in 2019. Since then, it’s been a favorite of many players. When it came out, I was obsessed with it. A good portion of my free time was invested in playing Apex. At some point in that time I even started having dreams about the game.  But after some time, my passion for the Apex diminished and I moved on to other games. Still, I’ve been known to come back to it and play it occasionally from time to time.  Apex Legends once redefined the battle royale genre with its

v rising review

V Rising Game Review: Is It Worth Your Time?

V Rising is a sandbox survival game where you play a newly awakened vampire on the hunt for blood, home, and maybe even world domination. I initially wanted to play it simply because it looked so cool, and I didn’t expect much, but it ended up being one of my all-time favorites. So I can tell you right now — yes! V Rising is definitely more than worth playing. And if you want to know more about it, read on. Soul Strike: Is This Idle RPG Worth Your Time?

Soul Strike, the latest idle RPG from Com2uS Holdings, landed with a bang and quickly hit a million downloads. As someone who enjoyed Summoners War, I was eager to see how this new take on idle progression would stack up. Spoiler alert: the core systems are solid, the visuals are appealing, but the relentless summons and monetization threaten to choke the fun. Last updated on: Gameplay Loop At its heart, Soul Strike is an idle RPG where your hero auto-attacks and uses abilities while you focus on gearing up, summoning support, and optimizing your build. Here’s how the main systems

Boxes: Lost Fragments Game Review

Boxes: Lost Fragments Game Review — Is It Worth Playing?

Boxes: Lost Fragments is a casual puzzle game created by Big Loop Studios and released by Snapbreak in February 2024. It’s available on mobile app stores and Steam and offers a free demo that allows you to play the first two chapters (about 10 puzzle boxes) for free.  I was drawn in by the look of the game — it seemed mysterious and beautiful, so I decided to give it a go. And I wasn’t disappointed.  Overall, this is a perfect quick and fun game to play on a lazy afternoon. It’s equally challenging and pretty, and it will give
